Most carriers: use the "send to phone" link to send a ringtone to your phone.

• Save the mp3 file to your desktop by right-clicking on the link.
• Open your desktop e-mail software and compose an e-mail to your 10-digit phone number followed by "@vzwpix.com". For example, if your phone number is (123) 456-7890, you will type "1234567890@vzwpix.com" into the recipient field of your e-mail client. Include the mp3 file that you downloaded as an attachment on the email.
• You should soon get a picture/sound message on your cell phone (your carrier may charge fees to receive picture messages). Check your phone manual to learn how to save the ringtone onto your cell phone.

• Save the m4r file to your desktop by right-clicking on the link.
• Add the m4r file to your iTunes application, it should appear under "Ringtones".
• Sync ringtones to iPhone.
